Payment Terms for Restaurant PUK

Deposit / Prepayment	Bank Transfer	The full amount or the agreed deposit by the agreed party needs to be paid a minimum of 8 days prior to arrival, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation unconditionally. In case of international transfers, the condition is 10 days.
Payment at the Restaurant	We accept: Cash Credit Card (Maestro, Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Amex) We do not accept: MobilePay	We issue a receipt at the end of the visit in the restaurant. This is the final documentation of the payment.
Invoice	Bank Transfer	We issue a receipt at the end of the visit in the restaurant. This is the final documentation of the payment. Deposit + Settlement of Balance: If the total price is higher than the prepaid deposit, the remaining balance can be settled in one of the following ways: Cash or Credit Card: See above. We issue a receipt at the end of the visit. This is the final documentation of the payment. Invoice of the Remaining Balance: The receipt must be signed at the end of the visit. An invoice fee of DKK xxx per invoice applies. Only the remaining balance will be invoiced.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We must be notified in writing about all reductions and cancellations within the allotted timeframe.

Terms for Events

All party and group menus are for a minimum of 9 guests.
A deposit or full prepayment may be required before accepting a booking.
The same menu must be ordered for all guests, unless there are vegetarians, allergies, or other preferences.
For parties of 10 people or more, payment must be made in one transaction for the whole party.
Seating arrangements for large groups will be spread over multiple tables, but special requests will be considered.
Menu changes may occur based on seasonal availability of ingredients.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations if terms are not followed.
